Why don’t you offer instant pick-up locations yet?

We’re currently in the trial phase of our service to understand how we can best meet your needs. For now, we’re focusing on delivering rental tech directly to your location—whether it’s a hotel, coworking space, or home.

This approach allows us to gather feedback and refine our service before expanding to include instant pick-up and return locations at partner hubs.

Can I take my rental abroad?

Yes! You can bring your rented tech with you on your travels—whether you're heading to the mountains, the beach, or a city break abroad. 

Is delivery available outside the Netherlands?

Currently, we only deliver within the Netherlands. However, once delivered, you can take the rented tech abroad. As we grow, we plan to expand our delivery options—stay tuned!

Why do I need to pre-register?

Pre-registration helps us coordinate drop-off and pick-up at your preferred location efficiently. As we improve, we plan to offer instant pick-up and return options for added convenience.

How is data handled after rental?

All data is wiped and securely erased after every rental, ensuring no personal files remain. Your privacy is our top priority.

Are laptops pre-installed with software?

Yes, all laptops come with the latest security updates and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), so you can start working immediately.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a refundable deposit is required. It’s refunded within 5 business days when the device is returned in its original condition.

What happens if my rental is damaged or stolen?

Rentals are insured. Repair costs are deducted from the deposit, with insurance covering the rest. For theft, a police report is required.

How do I return my rental?

Returning your rental is easy! At the end of your rental period, we’ll pick it up directly from your location—whether it’s your home, hotel, or workspace.

Can I extend my rental period?

Absolutely! Contact us at least 24 hours before the end of your rental to extend it.

What if I no longer need the rental?

No problem! We prioritize flexibility, so your payment is always based on the daily tariff, even if you return the item early. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the pickup. For last-minute pickups, we’re happy to help, but a small priority charge may apply.
